  • Are you a high school student with a learning difference and you’re thinking about what’s going to happen when you get to college?
  • Are you a parent of a high school junior/rising senior, and you’re concerned about how colleges/universities address learning accommodations?
  • Are you wondering what step you need to take to make the transition from high school to college with a learning difference easier?

If you answered “Yes!” to any of the above questions, then this presentation is for you! Come hear Dr. Maruta Z. Vitols of A+ College Consulting share her knowledge about learning differences and college. In the presentation, we will specifically address the ways getting accommodations changes once a student turns 18, how to make sure that psycho-educational testing is accepted by a college or university, and how to empower a student to self-advocate in a higher educational setting. After the presentation, there will be ample time for a Q&A session.
