The Community Room
• Are you a high school junior beginning to think about the college
application process, but have no idea where to begin?
• Are you a parent of a high school junior, and you’re feeling overwhelmed by the prospect of having your child start the college application process?
• Are you planning on using April vacation to visit college and university campuses, and don’t know what you need to do to maximize your
experience?
If you answered “Yes!” to any of the above questions, then this presentation is for you! Come hear Dr. Maruta Z. Vitols of A+ College Consulting share best practices on how to begin the college application process. In the presentation, we will specifically address how to make the most out of campus visits, covering such topics as “must-ask” questions, what to look for, who to talk to, and using the information from a campus tour to help refine a student’s college application list. After the presentation, there will be ample time for a Q&A session.
